Shipping policy

Turnaround/Production Time/Shipping: 

Please review the Turnaround/Production Time noted for the item(s) you are ordering.  This does not include the time it takes to ship the item to you.  Once an item is shipped, we are not responsible for delays or errors on the part of the shipping carrier. 

 If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation!  However, please be aware that we don’t consider a package “lost” in the mail until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping and we will not consider replacing an item sooner than this. 

A rush option may be provided but only after discussion and approval by the shop owner. 

Large or custom orders may take more time to produce and will be discussed with you prior to ordering.
