Sea Monkeys Surf & Skate: Stirring up trouble on Folly Beach since 2022
Sea Monkeys Surf & Skate is the brain child of Captain Richard of Flipper Finders Boat Tours. After years of finding dolphins he wanted to bring his twist of surfing and longboard skating to the extra space at the Flipper Finders office. It all started with a painting on a piece of cardboard of Monkeys in a barrel. With the help of his artist/surfer friend, Kate Barattini, the current logo was born. The next step was building boards. With the help of Florida shaper, David Farina, Captain Richards dream was brought to life in the form of Sea Monkeys Surf & Skate surfboards. Do to Folly Time it's taken awhile to really get the shop dialed in but we now have a vibrant surf shop and now our e-commerce set up. If you are on Folly please stop by the shop.
